Cupping is a treatment that has been used for centuries to treat a large variety of conditions. The premise is to draw the skin, fascia and superficial muscles into a small vacuum, bringing blood to the surface. 
This encourages the renewal of blood cells, removal of cellular waste through the lymphatic system, alleviating muscle stiffness/pain, loosens the connective tissue/fascia and improving flexibility/range of motion.
*Because the cupping is creating a suction, bruising is common from the treatment.*
