A credit card is required to book an appointment and will be securely stored through Square Payments via Stripe.

Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, as that time was reserved for you.

If you are new to this clinic, once you have booked a treatment, forms/agreements will be emailed to you and must be electronically signed and returned.

Prices listed do not include HST

Direct Billing is not available.

Payment can be made via e-transfer,

My interac debit machine for debit or credit, is currently unavailable.

Amenities

• There are stairs to the office. Please let me know if this limits access for you

• Parking is available on the left side of the driveway, come through the gate infront of the driveway to the back door

• You can park behind the yellow SUV on the driveway. 

• Everything is online, if you need a printed copy of your invoice, let me know 24 hours before your appointment

• Since this is a home based clinic, there is no waiting room
